We have the same issue. I have contacted Dutchman, Lippert and the dealer. Dealer has been no help Dutchman and Lippert both say it can be adjusted but no answer yet on how or by whom.
On mine, the exterior weatherstrip doesn't quite touch at the bottom when closed but there is no gap to the outside. Mind you, I made the dealer do the slide calibration twice to get it right.
