Dutchmen is owned by Thor, you should be able to take it to any authorized Thor dealership to have the work done. Some of the smaller dealerships have taken the if we don't sell it we don't work on it stance because of the large mega dealerships undercutting them. The manufacturers say support the local guys, but they move more product through the big dealerships. Due to that the larger companies like Thor, Forest River, etc. authorize to send you to another dealership to get warranty work done.
