Time to join in. Let me tell you my background first. I have two mechanical tickets (licences), failure analysis training, etc, etc.30plus years in various mechanical trades. I have owned 8 new trailers over the years, and not all of the problems added up with them even come close to the issues I have had with my 2012 Voltage 3200 Epic. To add to the comment about discolored gas, mine dispenced brown. Upon the dealer removing the tank, it was found full of welding rods, metal slag, filings, etc. The bathroom floor had a loud bong walking over it because the the floor dusting against it. On the subject of ducting, I had no heat going to the rear of the trailer. I removed the black panel inside the storage compartment to try and repair myself. The furnace ducting first off is cheap tin foil! It was crushed in betwwen the furnace and aluminum framework. Seeing the mess and sloppy work with the ducting, wiring, and general assembly work that was carried out will scare you. Go ahead, grab a phillips srewdriver, remove yours, and have a look! The converter failed the first month, the ladder bent up as a previous member said his did, I'm on the third convection/microwave, trim everwhere in the trailer was falling off. The most scary thing I encountered is the slide. If you haven't had troubles, you will. They are supported by cheap plastic rollers. One of mine failed, and because of this, tore the underside of the slide base up. This was repaired by glueing sheet metal to the underside by the dealer. Also all the motors have been replaced as well. The main window in that slide had to be replaced as it was assembled with slanted frameing. The screens that were assembled with perfect measurements, had nice big gaps around them when snapped into place. The slide rollers under the sofa as well were starting to damage the lino, which had to be repaired. The keyless entry has quit working, the ducting for the A/C was full of garbage and sawdust. They even managed to install the roof air with the plastic still attached to the underside, to the roof of the trailer! Upon starting up the A/C, the plastic was stuck in the ductwork, making a flapping noise. Of all things, it showed up with 1 miss matched tire as well.110 plugs have pulled out of the wall, Upholstery has come apart on the recliner chair, the bathroom sink drain leaked from new, all kinds of wood screws were stuck in the grey/black dump valves, one grey dump cable would barely work, and was found to be 6 feet longer than it should have been, inproperly routed, decals falling off, there were 2 extra holes drilled in the rear frame surrounding the door, allowing water and dirt to come into the inside, the bed struts that hold up the mattress didn't work, and had to upgraded to 120# units. Two weeks ago now, I brought it home from a camping weekend for the first time in rain down the highway, and now find a soaked carpet.floor at the front of the slide!. Which reminds me that the shower leaked water between the glass and the base. The ladder bottom base pulled out from the side of the trailer, there was an extra long screw from the "laptop" sofa end unit right through the bottom of the slide damaging the bottom seal.
