Fiberglass siding

Question

Can someone help me with info of fiberglass siding. The area in t 18 inches square on the towing end of the fifth-wheel. It looks bubbly.
There is no evidence of water damage or of a leak ever in that area. The area is just to the left of the window of the master bedroom. If anyone knows what causes this and also how it can be fixed, please let me know. The unit is a 1999 Montana. Thanks for your help.

Its delamination...the siding is pulling away from what it was glued to......Its usually caused by moisture

Next to a window is a sure sign of water infiltration, it doesn't have to be enough to show up on the inside but enough to release the glue and start the delamination. Check that window real close, good luck.
