I've been talking to some FW owners about their brakes and I'm surprised how many don't know what kind of brakes they have. So, let's see how you do:The Brakes on my Fifth Wheel are:A. Manual AdjustingB. Self AdjustingC. I don't knowIf they are manual adjusting, how often do you adjust them (or pay someone to do it):1. Never2. Annually3. Every few years4. Every 3,000 miles.5. Every 10,000 miles6. I didn't know you had to adjust them.7. Brake adjustments are not required if I adjust my electric trailer brake.

B. Self AdjustingBut I do check them atleast once a year when I repack the bearings, and yes I know it is overkill.

Manual 12" x 2" electricAdjust brakes at least once a yearCheck axial play every 2 years.......Nev-R-Lube brgs.

Came with manual, installed self adjusting.Doug

Manual adjust yearly
Test before pulling
Test occasionally on dirt for all 4 able to lock up.
Occasionally pull break away pin to see if it actually works. Does no good to be safety crazy and have a battery in it if you never actually test the system.
