fifth wheel bunkhouse slide

I tried to search this, but alas it didn't work for me. I know I have seen a post which list a lot of the 5th wheels with the bunkhouse middle slideout. Can anyone find this or help me find out which manufacturer's make a bunkhouse middle slide? I hope this is making sense LOL Thanks in advance.
  • Hi,
Here are the results of a search on "bunkhouse middle slide" (without the quotes) using " Find posts with all of the words in any order" phrase selected in the Advanced Search link. You find that link near the top of the page on each page.
    Hope this helps. :)

  • Thanks for the help. I know coachmen makes a side bunk room and I will check into the jayco. Does anyone else know of one??
  • This layout caught my eye a few weeks ago, and for me, it could be the perfect 'forever' unit.
Our youngest son is 19, the 21 year old is recently engaged, and our 24 year old is about to head off to Europe to do his Masters degree.

"Why such a huge trailer for you then?" you might be asking.
Well, our boys have never stopped coming camping with us, and all indications are that they will continue to do so.....they seem to be able to sniff BBQ and beer from any distance :)

They love camping, and most likely will start out tenting, but if we had a large enough unit to house as many as possible I'm sure we would continue to create great camping memories.
Who knows, maybe grand-babies aren't too far off. :) Can't wait.

Anyway, this layout has the separate 'office/sleeping area' with a loft above it that is accessed up the stairs towards the bathroom....what a great idea. We can instruct the grand-kids to come wake gramma and papa and let mom and dad sleep in the 'office'. No guarantee that papa's loud cooking style will let them sleep, but it's the thought that counts

    Here it is:

  • Thanks Mike E. That is def the floor plan I am looking for. Would love to have the outdoor kitchen as well. There was a Sierra or cedar creek that had this layout but now I can't even find that. There is a rv show me n Greenville SC this weekend and I would like to have specific units to check out.

Anyone else know of a unit with the side bunk Room?
  • I think most brands have one - Sabre has one, Salem has one (with an outdoor kitchen, even). I'm pretty sure that Columbus does.

that's a nice layout, what would you tow it with?

Although it's just the stuff dreams are made of at the time, I'd hook her up to my '14 RAM 3500 SRW. Have over 4000lbs of payload to play with and a tow rating of 17K.
