Describe what vehicle you have - and the location of the installed hitch.
Have ALL the measurements in front of you when you make that call.
RELY on what the *HITCH MANUFACTURER* tells you is correct.... *NOT* the outfit that did the installation -or- folks on an internet forum.
*THEN* proceed accordingly.
