So here is the latest update.....
The previous owners said they feel terrible and are willing to purchase an extended warranty to cover this.
so i called several places like good sams and i cant find an extended warranty to cover flooring..
So i sent a video to a local rv repair place that is not a dealer but has really good reviews.
Based on the video, he said the "squeky" spots are in direct line with the vent in the floor. He said the vent in the floor would run the length of the trailer to the front bedroom.
He said that soemtimes manufactures do not have support beams there due to the duct work being right under the floor.
He said his best guess without pulling the underbelly off to look would be there isnt enough support structures.

"honestly, its too far into the center of the terailer not to have trails or evidence of water entry unless it was in a flood. i have seen this several times on new trailers. most of the time we had to support the floor from the bottom with an extra angle iron support welded across the bottom"
