What kind of tires for the 5th wheel seem to hold up the best?

I just replaced my Michelin XPS RIBS - I got NINE years out of them....unfortunately, they didn't make it as I am trading in my signature 5ver (which weighs near 12600 lbs)....so the dealer is getting brand new BFGs.
The blow out happened while it was sitting in our driveway....so no damage, and no stress of changing them out, although I did replace all 4, could only do two at a time. The blowout occurred on the tire that carried the most weight and always ran with a higher PSI and Temp - as measured by my TPMS.
