My 01 Ram 2500 CTD pulled our 27.5 rlts just fine. It is about 1000lbs lighter though. Just took a quick look at your specs looks like you have about 2200lbs payload and a max trailer weight according to dodge of 13,100 and a truck gcwr of 20,000. front axle weight of 5200 and rear axle weight of 6000 but you can look up your vehicle here and see what the specs are for your specific vehicle to get the right model weights

I am a fairly conservative guy but an 11200gvw trailer should be fine. you might be a bit over on payload of the truck but everything else should be fine.
