Fifth wheel with passengers?
I was reading about fifth wheels and I saw that in some states it is legal to tow with passengers in the trailer. My question is this, would you and have you towed with passengers in the rig?

I know in Pennsylvania it is (or at least was) legal to transport passengers in a 5th wheel, if, you had a PennDot approved communications system between the unit being towed and the tow vehicle.
However, did you ever see a 5th wheel or TT after an major crash or rollover? They usually look like they exploded.
I would never allow anyone to ride in a RV that I was towing.
