Fifth wheel with passengers?
I was reading about fifth wheels and I saw that in some states it is legal to tow with passengers in the trailer. My question is this, would you and have you towed with passengers in the rig?

Posting pictures or wrecked travel trailers is not consistent with the OP's question of passengers in a 5TH WHEEL TRAILER.
I have not towed with a passenger in the 5th wheel. I probably never will. But, it is legal in many states with certain provisions.
Passengers in motorhomes should be seated and wearing seat belts. I'm sure that everyone does that too ;) .
