Fifth wheel with passengers?
I was reading about fifth wheels and I saw that in some states it is legal to tow with passengers in the trailer. My question is this, would you and have you towed with passengers in the rig?

Sure have, no biggie. Nobody died, they said the ride was not bad at all, so they napped. I can't ride back there, I get car sick too easily.
As far as these silly pictures of wrecked trailers, have you seen many pictures of wrecked air liners? And yet for some reason people fly in those things all the time.
It just depends on how you feel about it and what the laws are in the state you're going to be traveling in/through. I would really imagine you're more likely to be injured in a wreck in your car than in your 5th wheel trailer, since there are many, many more car wrecks than 5th wheel wrecks.
