I find it hilarious that the salesman selected two of the manufacturers with some of the highest loyalty from customers, quality factory support on warranties, and rarest amount of detractors in most forums. Truth be told, anyone who ever tells me 'those are bad so we don't carry them' immediately causes me to not trust another word they say. Some manufacturers are better than others and some stand behind their product better than others. You will be able to decide that for yourself if you study some more and look for common themes.
