I agree with TugCE the clearence between the top of the truck bed and bottom of the trailer overhang looks a little close. Generally you want about 6" to keep the trailer from hitting the truck on uneven ground. You can adjust you Reese hitch up a notch or to if needed. I looks like it's adjusted to the 2nd lowest position.
