You really shouldn't post here if all you want is for everybody to agree with allowing something wrong to continue.
Over weight is over weight.
GVWR is a limit, not a suggestion. Nothing you can do to springs, air bags, or any other gimics you want to stick under there will change the fact that you are over weight.
You need more truck.
