GVWR is a limit, not a suggestion. Nothing you can do to springs, air bags, or any other gimics you want to stick under there will change the fact that you are over weight.

Ford takes the F250, adds an overload spring and a 4" block, calls it an F350 and rates it at 11,500 lbs. I don't see the difference.
I am NOT saying you can make an F150 into an F350, but you can just about make an F150 into an F150 HD Payload with springs and shocks. The rear axle is the only thing left.
