It is a sticker game to satify registration requirements for the individual states. I could have ordered mine down rated, but my state doesn't play that game so I am good to go at 11,500. The difference is only the sticker and title.
See the post above this one for the F250/F350 difference. You can order the F250 with the camper prep and it will be almost an F350.
