Hi allWent to buy the 5 th wheel today. I wanted a front leaving my wife wanted a rear bunk bed with sofa.After strong argument from both side, We end up with a toy hauler that we both like.The two month search with every saturday shopping finaly end up at 5pm tonightBought a cyclone 3712k with multiple optionIt is a little heavy but since we bought a dually we should be fine.I am going to pick it up next saturday Any recommendation during the pick up process?Since it is our first RV don' t really know what to check

Congratulations! Call your dealer back, and make sure they will allow you to do a Pre-delivery Inspection BEFORE you sign all the documentation. It will take you 4-6 hours to do a comprehensive PDI. Make sure you document any and all issues you discover during the PDI. If you find any serious issues, refuse to take delivery or complete the loan process until it is corrected.

Sound advice right there. I brought a checklist and pad/pen when I bought my used TH and took 3 hours. Drove the guy crazy. Found a bunch of stuff that needed fixing and wound up renegotiating and saving several thousand dollars. Bring a flashlight and a camera.

Dots dont forget the dots so you can remember where the issue is and take picture of the dot and issue to remind you of it when you do your second pre pick up then dont for get the dots and camera because they might cause more damage and or remove some dots.

that is my strategy and i will look at mine this wednesday friday and take delivery saturday
