i spent the last 6 summers with a 2015 Durango 1500 295BH and it was a very solid unit and we got plenty of use out of it (around 50-60 nights per year and it was towed around 55k km's). I feel that being a 1500 model it was not quite as solid as a 2500 would of been but never really had any issues because of it.
We recently replaced it with a GD Reflections 311BHS and i have to say that I'm pleased with the construction and fit+finish as it feels like its just slightly better on all fronts.
I would not hesitate to buy another KZ Durango however i do think that the Grand Designs product is slightly nicer.
