Thanks for the list

I had to replace the rub rail trim under the overhang this year. The Texas heat is just as brutal.

I'll have to give my bulb seals another look.

I get on the roof twice a year with a tube of dicor and scraper to stay up with the roof seals. I'll need to recoat the membrane soon.
