First Tow with new to us Ram DRW
Well it wasn't far just 20 miles up 101, BUT the difference of night and day. The old 2001 Ram 2500 CTD with small chip and RV275's pulled well but with 3.55's and a manual 5 speed trans, wasn't quick...

Well 43 years as a FMCO fan only two exceptions in that time a used VW Dasher diesel for oldest daughter, and about at 42 years I got a PT Cruiser Rag Top for my wife.
When it came time for a diesel TV, I chose a Cummins, only came in a Dodge wrapper, well eight years and 80,000 miles later it was a great choice.
I would be disappointed if you didn't like the new truck and hips.
