Going to the Forest River Flagstaff home page. They look like a decent Fifth Wheel trailer good enough, to use for weekend camping or on Vaction with in the spring, summer and fall.
Is that what you are looking to do?
Being it is a light weight Fifth Wheel. They are Constructed with less materials, so your insulation will not be up to cold weather use IMHO.
