Was looking different floor plans at the rv show and came across this.... But there were a few things we did not like.... No rear cap.....no carpet anywhere except the bedroom... Solid surface , ...

Montana makes a very similar brand new floorplan: 3791RD. And it has more counter space around the stove.
If the lack of carpet is a deal breaker for you, why not get a large area rug for the living room? I personally prefer wood floors with area rugs in the living room and dining room. That's what I have in my stick house. A plus is that you can change out the look of the room just be changing the rug. There are some gorgeous wool and synthetic blend rugs in so many design choices from traditional to very modern. Home Depot and Lowes have a big selection.
