Floor plans

Was looking different floor plans at the rv show and came across this....

But there were a few things we did not like.... No rear cap.....no carpet anywhere except the bedroom... Solid surface , not Corian... Maybe I am spoiled now , but the corian seems so much more durable ??

Has anyone seen something close to this floor plan ????

Yes nice big unit, but Like Me Again posted no counter space!! I would prefer our smaller 5er (32') with a ton of counter space than that unit with a very small kitchen.
We winter camp, so we also prefer carpet, even with two Beagles.

  • Everyone of there 5er's in that line have a GVW of 16,000#???? Doesn't matter if it's 39' or 41', that seems light.....Do all of them weigh the same? Per the spec sheets they do...
  • Without carpet the floors could be really cold. However bare floors are easier to clean. Counter at the stove is critical when cooking and is a bit of an oversight by the designers. Solid surface vs. Corian is not a big deal for me.
Different furniture options will give flexibility to an overall innovative floorplan.
  • I have a dog, I do not want carpet.

With some different furniture it would work for us, but for something that size I would prefer a 1/2 bath option in the rear and give up the love seat.

Interesting....almost like a media room in the back. Don't think we would need 3 sofas.. would rather have a couple of recliners.

We take 2 grown kids.. For now:B. And recliners are offered as an option..

But I can't get past the rear cap.... And no carpet....

  • Not counter space next to the stove? Pretty light for its size, and yes NO REAR CAP!!! GD, this is you high end line! People want rear caps!!!!

Like the theater seating. I think one of the hide-a-beds would go and a computer desk would be placed there. Chris
