Carrabelle in Franklin County along Florida's Panhandle East of Panama City is dog friendly. There are a couple of RV Parks, Carrabelle RV Resort & Ho Hum. St. George Island near Apalachicola is dog friendly. There is a designated dog friendly area in Panama City West of the pier at Pier Park. When standing in front of the city pier (on Front Beach Rd), the dog beach is located on the right side of the pier. Dogs must be kept on-leash and please keep the limit to 3 dogs per person. From Panama City West to Gulf Shores, except for residents with permits in Walton County, no dogs on the beaches.
