Ford 5th-Wheel/Gooseneck Trailer Tow Prep Package

Curious what the 5th-Wheel/Gooseneck Trailer Tow Prep Package is about. Does this package include rails in the bed or are rails under the bed? Can I use my old Reese 5th hitch or do I need to buy some...

Rusty is showing the prep for the RAM 13 and newer trucks. The Ford has a much narrower attachment front to back than the RAM. I assume this is why B&W rates the Ford hitch much less than the RAM drop in hitch.

Be sure to look at the B&W hitches available for the puck system. None better IMHO.
