Ford 5th-Wheel/Gooseneck Trailer Tow Prep Package

Curious what the 5th-Wheel/Gooseneck Trailer Tow Prep Package is about. Does this package include rails in the bed or are rails under the bed? Can I use my old Reese 5th hitch or do I need to buy some...

We have the Ford factory prep package with the factory supplied Reese drop in 25,000 lb rated hitch. It's a nice set up.
