Ford 5th-Wheel/Gooseneck Trailer Tow Prep Package

Curious what the 5th-Wheel/Gooseneck Trailer Tow Prep Package is about. Does this package include rails in the bed or are rails under the bed? Can I use my old Reese 5th hitch or do I need to buy some...

My 2012 F350 factory prep looks just like the ones above, 4 holes for the 5th wheel hitch "puck" mounting system, one center hole for the gooseneck ball.

You will either need a hitch designed for the factory prep system, or an adapter for your old hitch.
