Forest River Sierra / Open Range - quad bunks??

I am looking at 2 5th wheel campers - the Forest River RV Sierra 365SAQ and the Open Range 389BHS.
Anyone have any insight into either of these? The Sierra is a little bigger - 2nd bath which i think will come in handy. it is also cheaper but not sure if the quality is bad or they are just trying to move these. any help / alternative suggestions would be great. I am looking to be under 50K (ish).
