Coach-man, your water filter is designed only to remove particles from the water, there is no charcoal or any other device to remove chlorine or change the taste of the water. By putting the chlorine into the filter it will not make to the water tank. The filter is after the pump. You will only get chlorine into you water lines doing it this way.
