Lyle, and others, it worked like a champ! Just as I thought, remove the cartridge and put in the bleach! Sure beats trying to pour into a ?" hose. I know it worked, when I ran the water inside, I could smell the bleach, and when done and replacing the filter cartridge I could not smell any bleach in the filter! Thanks everyone for their thoughts and encouragement!
