I have no personal experience with a residential fridge in an RV, BUT....
The fridge has to be plugged in somewhere. There should be an outside vent panel behind the bottom of the fridge. Inside would be a residential plug and wall outlet. Unplug the thing.
Also, there is a breaker somewhere; you just have not found it.
