Front AC Not Cooling

We literally just got this RV - a week ago tomorrow. It is a used '16 Sandpiper, had the PDI all that stuff. We parked it in Magnolia, TX Saturday-Wednesday and the AC's worked, they cooled great, no problem. We have now moved to Corpus Christi, it is 90 outside, and 81 in the front area of the 5th wheel. AC reads 81, set to 67 currently. Cool air seems to be coming out of the vents, but it is just not cooling off. The back room, zone 2, is working seamlessly and is at 70, set to 70. Just wondering if there is some troubleshooting I can do without having to use the warranty, you would think they checked everything before handing the RV over to us???

The guy that did our walk thru on the RV also mentioned (we just randomly asked the question) that you don't put frion in the thing, you would just get it all replaced. And if you took it to a shop, they would just replace the whole thing.

    Check the foam gasket up on the roof... They have a tendency to move out of place and allow warm air in, which limits the cool air flow.. I did it on mine and it made a huge difference

    yeah, it is running, it is just set to 67F and not cooling to it even though the dometic panel is saying that is what it is set to and is on 'cool'. Shows to be actual temp of 81F

    So we think the unit may be frozen - we have a bucket outside collecting the water that drips off the top and it is almost full, so the AC is running hard. We turned off the AC for like 10 minutes, but doubt that is long enough...what else do you do?? Where are the inlet filters?

    Where is your thermostat for the unit that is not cooling? Mine is just outside the door to the bedroom where my second unit is. If the bedroom AC is set lower than the main AC / Thermostat, it will falsely cause the thermostat to think the room it is supposed to cool has cooled off and will not cycle the AC unit the thermostat controls. Try either raising the temp on the second unit (which you say is cooling to 70 degrees,) or turn it off to see if the other unit will cool things off. Perhaps a bit basic, so forgive if "it goes without saying" the thermostat is not too close to the one that is cooling.
