Great feedback.... thanks! I think I'm now seeing why this floor isn't more popular. I completely understand that it's not great/efficient use of space. Realistically, were're still a few years from buying a 5th wheel for us. It's still a bunkhouse for the 3 kids and us.
For my DW and I it would probably work pretty well. We definitely keep our space from one another at times and having some good room off the bedroom looks appealing. Also, by far my wife's biggest complaint about the RV lifestyle is the cramped bathroom that feels like an outhouse (her words :))
My own bathroom to run through between beers and watching Sportscenter is great while giving her space to watch "chick flicks" and dance in her bathroom :) :)
As many say.... different strokes for different folks!
