I'm not really seeing the wasted space some talk of. The living area is the same as most of the 5ers in that size. Yes you have two sinks. But take into account that some 5ers have a 4-5' shower as opposed to the 33-36' diagonal that the one in work2muchs post. Add 2' for a longer shower and you still have the same basic amount of used space.
