Nice looking rig!!! 12 ft garage is a must,double refrige,walk-a-round bed,big bathroom,looks just about what I would look at.Check the garage,you have to have the slide out to get back there,might not be a problem,but where I park ,and on the road it might be a pain..A lot depends on your usage of the TH,what your carrying back there,and where you are going.My first trailer lasted 2 years,and then I figured out what I needed,not just what I thought I would like.Kinda your situation.The thing I found out was that some of the "nice" things where not necessary,but weight,battery banks,inv/charger,air-hitch,2nd HVAC,led lights,strength of rear ramp,H2o capacity,and the daily living design.Also suspension and TIRES.Take your time and get friends that you camp with to go along,hell,we all like to look,2or 10 heads are better than 1!!!!
