Thanks for the input. I really appreciate it. I found this morning that Craig's list is helpful to show me what is for sale around here. Several in east Texas. We are on a 3-6 month look-see before we get the Toy Hauler, so maybe waiting until January would be good when no one is buying. (I just made that up that no one buys in January lol). I am in the position to wait a little bit and then jump on the one we want.
