Is a used TH out of the question? The numbers you are throwing around make me twitch, since you really didn't go out much last year. 50K is not a beer budget that's champagne taste to us.
Look for the wholesale companies RV Direct and RV Wholesalers and see if there are better prices out there. See if the local are willing to price match otherwise time to break in the dually and go on a road trip for the TH. Good Luck!
