And you have full paint which isn't a cheap option! No doubt that there are much better prices to be had if you look long enough. If you can live with a 10' garage, the number of available in your price range increase. By the way, the double door fridge was a must have for me! Traveling with 8 people at times, the standard size just doesn't have enough capacity. The double door keeps all the food we need and next year I am going to add a small residential refrigerator in the garage for drinks. I really hate paying for and lugging ice around constantly for the coolers!
