Well you should drive the new Ford with the 6.7 and 10 speed tranny and educate yourself. Either the Ford built in avg MPG calculator is off over the course of a 1,000 mile trip, or you don't know what you are talking about. The previous models with the 6 speed trans got about half the mpg as the new ones. But the new models get amazing mileage. One of the reasons I bought new over used.
