I ordered my 2014 Lifestyle without the body paint option due to both the colors offered at the time being on the dark side. I live in FL and spend the majority of our time in the SE USA. The dark colors and decals are hot.
I have used in infrared thermometer on the side of the rig in the direct sun on an 80 degree day and the difference in temperature on the dark decals or paint is amazing....as much as 30 degrees. That temperature difference has to be transferred to the interior.
I have been in a few campgrounds and seen my exact rig in the full body paint and it looks like a far more expensive rig than mine does in white. It definitely makes it looker higher end. But I know that what's underneath and behind the walls is the same. The beauty is just paint.
The full body paint is a nice attractive option but I don't think its worth it. I have seen some darker rigs look awful after a few years in the sun. They look much worse that the white does after some aging. Just my 2 cents.
Good luck and have fun. Pcm
