I notice furniture in fivers look bulky and doors look small. Do you have to remove a slide-out to replace furniture?

All the OEM furniture in our fifth wheel breaks down for removal. One of the first things we did when we moved in was to replace the sleeper sofa with an Ekornes Stressless recliner and the sofa broke down into three parts that easily made it through the door. Our reclining theater seats (two-person) have also been replaced under warranty due to an upholstery issue. The backs come off and the base unit fits through the door without a problem. Even our new queen size mattress (full 60 x 80) wasn't a problem.
