Fuzion Black tank leak

Hi Guys,

Have a leak in my black tank. Luckily, I discovered it after I had dumped my tanks, so I'm not using the toilet.

I'm going to replace the tank. Problem is I don't know which one to order.

According to my dealer, Keystone parts website shows 5 different possible tanks. I have a 43 gallon tank according to the Fuzion brochure from 2010.

24 x 63 x 7 (right side drain)
24 x 63 x 8 (left side drain)
28 x 59 x 8 (End Drain)
26 3/4 x 54 3/4 x 7 1/2 (Left Hand End Drain)
24 x 63 x 8 (Right, CF Only)

Without physically measuring it, does anyone know how I can tell which one I have?

Thanks, Dan
  • Dan, without dropping it I fear it's just a wild guess. It does seem like the dealer should be able to contact Keystone to find out which one was installed in that model year. Is the dealer being lazy? If you are doing it yourself that might be the case.
  • It shouldn't take more than 5min under the rig to measure it.

Don't have us guess. Pull out the tape measure.

Thanks for your suggestion, however, it's not that simple
  • OK, I was able to get the number off of the tank. Dealer has it ordered.

Dealer is going to do the job. They did contact Keystone and there are no records of which tanks are in which units.

I'm traveling now, I wanted to have my dealer order the tank before I got home, so it would be waiting there.

Yikes, how sad is that they have no idea of what parts they slap in an RV. Then again having owned a couple Keystone products I'm not totally surprised.

Glad you got the part number and getting it taken care of.
