Or they live in the trailer full time and don't actually have a tow vehicle for it. There's a lot of stationary full timers like that. Or this was their seasonal spot, and they couldn't get back down there to take the trailer out. Lots of reasons why the trailer was there. - LowRyterExplorerrefrigerator?
