I agree with Old-Biscuit; you need to worry a lot more about bed clearance than 2-3" nose-high. FWIW, my Komfort has towed great for the 11 years I've owned it and it sits about 2-3" nose high. No tire issues (other than junk China bombs) with wear or alignment. I have right at 8" of bed clearance and have needed =all= of it on more than one occasion since we boondock. My B&W Companion is as high and as far forward as I can get it. I do have the option of flipping my axles to gain more height, but have never done it as I feel I'm OK with things the way they are.
My only real suggestion to you, other than moving the spring bolts to the lowest holes would be to get a wet bolt kit and install that, since you're going to have several of the bolts out anyway. You'll have much longer service life on your springs, spring hangars and equalizers.
