Sub-frame
Means of lifting trailer by cutting spring shackles off. Weld square tubing onto frame the weld spring shackles back on.
Height is accomplished by size of tubing 2" 4" etc.
Also cross tubing is added for additional strength
Sub-frame used when leaf springs are already on top of axles and more height needed.
