I had the 5er adjusted today on the highest mounting points, the shop added a wet bolt kit and also boxed in the spring hanger brackets to add some strength.

One thing I was thinking of doing was upgrading to 16" wheels and tires (aluminum wheels and Toyo H/T LT tires) but I've only got 4" between the two tires now and the LT235/85R16E1 tires are 3.4" taller so this means I'd only have .6" between the tires. This seems too close to me, any thoughts?
I'd be all for the extra 1.7" of added height as that would bring my 5er 100% level as an added bonus.
Edit - Toyo Makes a LT225/75R16E1 tire as well, with 28xx# load rating. Perfect size for me.
