as tmm2good said plenty of people use a Toy Hauler for other reasons then hauling toys. I've seen them setup as wood shops and sewing rooms. Before you jump a few things to check is the insulation in the garage area and availability of A/C and heat, don't assume there is enough to keep it cool or hot, verify it. Check how many circuits are available in the garage portion and that the power needs match your needs. Finally be aware that Toy Haulers tend to have much heavier king pin/tongue weights compared to their fifth wheel non-toy hauler cousins. Double check your truck capabilities and don't assume a sales person knows what they are talking about. Have fun shopping!
