BurbMan just after we bought our Raptor in 2007 I came across a guy that had just what you're talking about. Pretty sweet setup, he made things on the road to sell while they camped, they were full timers. But the noise issue was an issue he said. The campground he was in when I saw him wouldn't allow him to run any equipment, and he was very undertanding. There were times he'd take the RV out and work on his projects. He said some campgrounds were ok with it. Even fully enclosed some of the equipment was loud. He talked about adding some 2" foam on the inside to see if that would deaden things.
He did have everything bolted to plywood sheets that were then secured to the floor with bolts and extra power circuits.
I think it's worth thinking twice about the noise and your neighbors. I know I would not be happy to hear somebody's saw going it at when I was there to camp, relax and enjoy the sounds of nature.
